I’ve written a plugin for Expression Engine. Its functionality is identical the WordPress plugin I wrote, but it’s not quite as nice because WP does more for you than EE does.
You can get the EE plugin here.
This plugin is equivalent to the Auto-Linky Widget, i.e. you enter it in your post whenever you want a Linky.
Pretty soon I’ll get to work on plugins for Ever-Linkies and Comment-Linkies, which are just a wee bit more complicated.

Do keep in mind that it’s only been lightly tested, as I do not use Expression Engine for any of my own blogs.
